A Columbia County Networking Group
The better we know each other, the easier it is to do business with each other and a greater level of trust is established.

The objective of this club is to provide an open forum for networking, exchanging referrals, sharing business ideas, experiences and advice.

Some of the goals and objectives for starting this club are to:

• Learn more about businesses in our area
• Expand networking contacts
• Put people together in an effort to solve problems, deliver services and meet business demands
• Establish a community of networking experts and build trusted and mutually beneficial relationships
• Share, successes, failures, lessons learned and advice
.

Membership
Only one business per non-competitive business category (any discrepancies or questionable requests will be determined by membership vote as described below). In order to remain in good standing, each member must:
  • Have good business ethics
  • Be present for at least the majority of monthly meetings (see attendance)
  • Present 10 minute infomercials as scheduled
  • Actively participate in the recruitment of new members
Attendance
Each member is allotted a total of 12 absences for the year. This roughly allows a member to miss 1 meeting a month if needed for personal and professional business responsibilities. Representatives of a business will be permitted to attend on behalf of the member for attendance purposes. If a member continues to miss consecutive meetings it will be considered a withdrawal from the group and that member’s business category will become available for occupation by a new member. A guest must attend two consecutive meetings before being considered for membership.
